 Wilma is a retired teacher living Independence, Kansas with her husband Sydney. She taught in Colorado, lectured for Head Start in North Carolina and retired from the Bend, Oregon Public School Dist. #l. Wilma also supervised teacher interns at the University of California- Davis, CA.
She is a Who’s Who in American Education 1987-88 recipient and the author of Tag-a-long, Dominica’s Castle and The Breast Cancer Scarf and gift tag. She enjoys playing golf, volunteering at schools, her church, VFW Post 1186 Auxiliary and the Independence Historical Museum.
Sydney and Wilma have one daughter Delaney and two grandsons Andrew and Brandon who live in the LA area.
